Momentarily I do no accept returns but rest assured that all items posted on the site are of top quality unless otherwise stated on the product description. What you see on the site are items that I personally handpicked myself so they are of great quality and condition.
I offer shipping refunds should there be a difference between the amount that I charge for the shipping and the actual shipping charges incurred. With paypal it gives us up to 60 days to process a refund.
Payment Method
At the moment given that I am basically a one man store, I only accept Paypal as a mode of payment. It has proven to be very convenient and safe but hopefully in the future I'd be able to accept other means of payment.

Items are posted a day after payment is received and confirmed. If you pay on a weekend then the items will be shipped first thing on Monday. Luckily the local post office is very near from where I live so I handcarry the items and ship them personally.
Shipping Method:
Normally items are shipped via Regular Air Mail which takes 2 weeks to reach its destination unless of course specified on the item description; some items might require special shipping methods [i.e. wrist watches, figurines and other fragile items].
Shipping Rates:
Rates are calculated according to the actual charge incurred at the post office plus any other extra postage charges [i.e. packing materials, paypal transaction charges]. As I want to make your shopping experience as smooth and as cheap as possible any shipping rate difference between what I charge and between the actual charge incurred when posting your items, I will issue a refund via paypal. Paypal allows upto 60 days for the issuance of refunds.

About the Site
I decided to create this online store to sell kawaii items such as stationeries, pencils, pens, stickers, and a whole bunch of other kawaii stuff. These items are all in good shape and condition some of them were purchased in several Asian countries during my travels or from kawaii selling stores here.
This site is maintained and operated by just one gal and I try my hardest to update the site with new products as often as possible; shipping on time is always my priority to ensure that you get your purchases in no time.
